Kimura Foundry Group is one of the largest independent full-service manufactures of iron, steel and special alloy in Japan.  Kimura Foundry Japan is the leader of small volume casting production by utilizing 3D Sand Printers in Asia. Founded in 1927 and owned and operated by four successive generations of the Kimura family, the company today employs more than 900 people.

KIMURA’s core technology is the Full Mold Casting¬†process which uses polystyrene patterns for production. This process is capable of producing castings up to 40 metric tons in weight and 8 meters in length, without any initial tools or conventional patterns.
